Mimaya Dale, the designer of the Ohgi ring has delivered a symbolic message with this ring. Her inspiration of the ring came from positive meanings that Japanese folding fans have and how much they are loved in the Japanese culture. She uses 18K Yellow gold and a sapphire for the material and they bring out luxurious aura. Moreover, the folding fan sits on a ring in an angle which give a unique beauty. Her design is a unity between East and West.

With the interest in the way how Gothic vibes influences audience, the project also tries to provoke unique individual experience through playful interaction, exploring the relationship between design and wearers. Synthetic gemstones, as a lower eco-imprint material, were cut into unusually flat surfaces to cast their colors onto the skin to enhance the interaction.

Julien Riad Sahyoun strongly believes that everyone can make a difference by embracing their uniqueness and believing in themselves, and he wanted to share this value through his creations. In this collection there are no two rings alike - made by hand they all have different shapes, different colours of gold and diamonds. Each ring is set with a specific number of diamonds that has a symbolic meaning to Julien, for example the Dream Me and Love Me rings are set with 32 and 84 diamonds respectively which corresponds to his birth date.
