Mimaya Dale, the designer of the Ohgi ring has delivered a symbolic message with this ring. Her inspiration of the ring came from positive meanings that Japanese folding fans have and how much they are loved in the Japanese culture. She uses 18K Yellow gold and a sapphire for the material and they bring out luxurious aura. Moreover, the folding fan sits on a ring in an angle which give a unique beauty. Her design is a unity between East and West.

Emerald and Sapphire present peacock's feathers in green and blue. Different software packages used for designing and 3D-modelling the ring. Then, it 3D-printed in wax and direct cast in three parts. Finally, gemstones set on the ring by using Micro-setting technique. Top of the head and eyes plated in yellow gold.

Pearls represent the rounded shapes and different sizes of the roses on Van Gogh's canvas. Van Gogh's branches became gold as they connect pearl to pearl in a complex web of beauty. The necklace's tip is detachable, allowing the user to match the mood and neckline of the day. This necklace was made for the red carpet.

Original piece prototype for casting and mold making has been hand made by bending warm wax sheets with form giving irons. In the center of one necklace piece there is a bigger wave and aroud it smaller ones to create natural movement and balanced design. The necklace has a luxurious feeling in it yet it is flowing and light to wear. The necklace is made from recycled sterling silver in Sonkajarvi, Finland and it is not plated.
